SITUATIONIST Fall 2020 SITUATIONIST is established in Georgia by IRAKLI RUSADZE, since 2015. Self taught designer (born in 1991) started his career early, when he was 15. He studied construction and sawing during his short courses with Georgian old masters.

Originally scheduled to the beginning of a new Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi season in early May, the launch of the Art and Culture Center was postponed due to current circumstances, but by no means cancelled! Whilst all the shows are frozen and the fundamental principles are rearranged, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi is still proving to be a crucial platform for supporting young and established Georgian designers. The next season of MBFWT will take place in an unprecedented new location in Tbilisi - the Art and Culture Center that will open in the ex-Coca-Cola factory building.

"In my country, year-over-year women's migration process increases. They leave everything and start new life for the sake of the family. Their only purpose is to send remittances and return home soon. Social and psychological costs associated with separation of the families is enormous. These women don't have enough time to take care of themselves, so my bra-over pieces represent their indifference towards their personal life."

BEVZA spring-summer 2020 is about returning to the feminine, returning to the purity of the female nature. Ukrainian Designer Svitlana Bevza was inspired by the land in Ukraine and the spikelet, a blade of grass symbolizing fertility and drawn from the Ukrainian wheat fields. The patterns and essence of the spikelet are found in the textures of her designs this season, incorporating weaves and lightweight fabrics.

For Bevza, her brand expresses values without words. BEVZA is not about things, it is about feelings. It is not how you wear it, it is how you feel it.

When you hear the name “LALO”, the first thing that comes into mind about this brand are the knitted cardigans. This signature design made the brand famous not only on the local market, but worldwide. LALO AW collection shows a mix of different times of fashion.

In this collection you will see items of outwear with large oversized sleeves that echo the 90s, wide plaid dresses will remind us of the 60s and the 70s and the colorful glitter borrowed from the 80s shines through exclusive, hand knitted fabrics.

JANASHIA presents FW21 RTW collection full with her unique Jewelry pieces. The character of the recent collection is built upon the asymmetric collars and cutouts, wavy slits on the skirts, thick folds and formfitting garments with exaggerated shoulders. The sleeves are constructed with a moulage technique. While in Jewelry line the twisted chains are reminiscent of the gold chains dating back a few decades. They were crafted in Georgia and dispersed throughout the Soviet Union. The pearls are positioned amongst the delicately articulated curves.
